Our People – Ursula Wohlfarth

Ursula is an authority on increasing the effectiveness of technical specialists and their functions; as well as for improving individual and departmental alignment with organizational strategy. She uses self-assessment and 360 degree feedback tools to help individuals appreciate their capabilities, and to identify skills for improvement. Ursula also conducts performance audits and facilitates strategy development for organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Ursula provides a breadth of experience about the inner workings of organizations, bridging from communications to organizational effectiveness. She consistently receives endorsements from clients for building consensus around processes that achieve defined results, and for transferring learning to client groups. She is a popular instructor in The University of Calgary’s management development program and also presents at conferences and professional development events.

Ursula has a BA from Carleton University.

Ursula is an avid road and mountain biker, skier and hiker. She is on the board of Alberta Theatre Projects and an active community volunteer.
