Our consulting services are limited—to areas where we have real expertise and situations where we are sure we can make a real difference. In our engagements we do the following:

  • We try not to overstay our welcome. We start our projects with agreed upon, reasonable, objectives and leave when they are achieved.
  • We leave a residue. We strengthen internal resources as we work, and we lead from behind where possible.
  • We are biased toward action. Yes, we must gather information and sometimes write reports, but these things are done to make implementation useful and smooth.

We focus our consulting work on four core services:

  • Facilitation: Leading meetings that produce strong results for clients. Where possible we accompany this work with action that strengthens their meeting culture.
  • Leadership Coaching: Helping leaders who are facing stiff challenges make a step change in their capabilities and/or performance. We always do this as a project and leave when we are done.
  • Strategy: Enabling clients to build strategy with broader collaboration than normal.
  • Risk: Making sure our clients can recognize and manage risk. We speak up, sometimes annoyingly, when this is not true; and we work directly with the client to improve risk management when appropriate.
